I visited this shop looking for an air cooler. Before going, I contacted the owner using the number listed on Google to ask about a specific model. They confirmed they had it in stock but refused to share the price over the phone. When I visited the store in person, I found that the price was significantly higher than what I had seen elsewhere in the market. I tried to discuss this politely with the staff, but the person there was extremely rude and became argumentative. This is not how customer service should be. Even if they had simply stated that the price was fixed, I would have understood and left without issue. However, engaging in a verbal altercation is unacceptable. I strongly urge the management to reconsider the behavior and training of their staff. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I purchase room heater and geyser (water heater) for my home. I got good advice ,best product with best price compare to my study for my purchase .

I called owner at 10.20 and he said I am busy due to rush so can’t tell price over call(exactly what others have also written). He said come to shop directly! So basically reviews from other people stood correct and so I will buy from some other place. Atleast he should have given price idea and accordingly I could have decided! No worries - multiple shops in city n around so who cares about such clever people!!!
