I visited this shop looking for an air cooler. Before going, I contacted the owner using the number listed on Google to ask about a specific model. They confirmed they had it in stock but refused to share the price over the phone. When I visited the store in person, I found that the price was significantly higher than what I had seen elsewhere in the market. I tried to discuss this politely with the staff, but the person there was extremely rude and became argumentative. This is not how customer service should be. Even if they had simply stated that the price was fixed, I would have understood and left without issue. However, engaging in a verbal altercation is unacceptable. I strongly urge the management to reconsider the behavior and training of their staff. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Before visiting their store, I had many doubts about which cooler to buy. However, after receiving proper guidance from the owner, I made my first purchase and am really happy with it!

I have raised 2 times tickets for installation of my new racold 35 ltr. Water heater. But no response from customer service from racold. And after selling there is no response from adarsh Electricals. During purchasing they are saying that this is best and service is best but once you bought from they they don't even know or cares who you are. So please don't believe on racold customer service it is very poor and also on adarsh Electricals they also don't support after once you bought anything from then. I wish I want to give them 0 review.
