Adam’s Drain Cleaning is officially my new plumber. I highly, highly recommend them and that’s why I’m leaving a long detailed review. Adam, the owner, demonstrated excellent and prompt communication from beginning to end—and this was on a weekend! Small business plumbers almost never respond on weekends, let alone take on a non-emergency job like mine. It wasn’t urgent, but I needed it done sooner than later so I wouldn’t have to take leave from work or deal with rescheduling. Transparency was another big factor. Adam was upfront about the cost and possible issues. Some might see that as a setup for upselling, but I appreciated the transparency and honesty. Adam knew all the worst possibility and ensured I was fully aware of the situation. There were no hidden fees, no surprises—which is rare with most contractors. He was clear about the job scope and pricing and explained everything via phone and text, which is also rare. Believe it or not, many contractors these days rely on receptionists or sales reps to do all the talking. Not Adam—he handled it himself and showed he truly cares about his customers. Throughout Saturday and Sunday, Adam maintained clear, responsive communication and addressed all my questions and concerns. As a manager of 15 years and a veteran/NCO myself, I could tell he has leadership and accountability skills that only come from real experience. His technician, Joseph, even had respectful and positive things to say about Adam—again, something you don’t hear often. On pricing: Adam was competitive with my previous plumber and willing to work with me. I believe there’s always room for negotiation depending on the job, and Adam seems reasonable and fair about giving discounts if you’re able to present fair market pricing or offer additional jobs. As for the technician, Joseph—he was great. His customer service was superb. He explained how the company values customer satisfaction, communication, accountability, and growth—all things rarely seen in this industry. Most contractors (plumbers especially) have terrible reputations—call 10 and you’ll see what I mean. But Joseph stood out. He explained every issue and action step in detail, always stopped to get my approval before proceeding, and stayed in contact with Adam to provide real-time pricing and paperwork. He didn’t rush his work and can tell he was meticulous and very professional. Again, that level of professionalism is unheard of around here. I highly recommend Adam’s Drain Cleaning and will be sending all my friends and family their way.

Adams Drain Cleaning sent out Jordan and Joseph, who did an outstanding job. I was very impressed by their work ethic and professionalism. The job was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. I will definitely call them over and over again.

Adams Drain Cleaning was hands down the only company with a real person answering the phone when I called on a Saturday night for a sewer emergency. They were prompt to assist and provide timely updates with when a tech could be at my location. The tech Joseph went above and beyond to get the sewer blockage cleared to restore plumbing functioning at 1:45 am on a Sunday. I am so lucky to have found them!

I could not ask for a better company! I kept smelling a foul smell in my kitchen for weeks and cleaned every area I thought it may be, until my brother recommended I get my drain checked out.
