Ordered a taxi which arrived on time.Good safe journey to destination. However,the taxi Ordered for return journey didn't arrive st all.Disappointing,never used this firm before and probably won't use them again.

Drivers are spot on however the company has no respect whatsoever for their loyal customers, it's no wonder they have no drivers as someone who has used them daily for a very long time I will now switch because there is plenty of others who value their customers

Been ordering Adams since they opened but Twice recently ive booked taxi as its arrived other people got in and drove off ...i always get asked who i am where im going so why didnt those drivers ask them ....money money ...terrible service

money and medication was left in the taxi, we had called them up no help whatsoever and telling us that nothing had been booked at the time we had got the taxi.

I have been using this company for a while . I had switched over from a different company . I should have switched earlier . I can’t fault their service .

Pre ordered 2 taxis to go to a party, only one arrived. Was told it was 2 mins away, after 20 mins I called to ask where it was and was told 2 mins away again. After another 15 mins passed and nothing arriving I cancelled it and used another company. Late for the surprise at the party. Very disappointed.

Normally ok but today got an taxi from asda to my house which Normally cost £3.50 got the bags of shopping out of the boot give the driver an £5 he just drove off so i rang adams up and ask the receptionist he said it was £3.50
