I have called multiple times this week trying to get my refill sent to the pharmacy since my refill is due Sunday. I was assured multiple times that it would be sent today (1/9/25) so that I would not lapse in medication. However they failed to send it and the pharmacy cannot to a partial refill because of the medicine type. Now I get to go through 3 days of not having my adhd medication until my appointment. This is unacceptable. The effects of not having my adhd meds are detrimental and it seems like this is a common issue with this clinic. The doctor is wonderful but whoever is in charge of getting the dr the prescriptions that need refills to him needs to be more mindful of their actions. There could be serious repercussions for individuals that don’t have the meds they need. We shouldn’t have to be harassing the drs office multiple times a week, to be assured it’ll be done Friday, just for them to not do it. Unacceptable. Completely blatantly unacceptable.

My wife thinks very highly of Dr Butera. After reading these reviews it is concerning. What is happening to My Kimberly seems to be a pattern. My wife cannot get Kim to fill her prescriptions. last month it took 8 days from the date they should have been filled. she called 3-4 days early to ensure they were filled. And then Kim told her she needed to drive back to WF from Lawton to take a UA after she had already given one at her last appointment. So her Scripts were 12 days late. Now this month my wife calls 4 days prior to the date that her meds should be filled. she has called every day since and it has now been 12 days again. The Meds were due to be filled 8 days ago. again. She just received notice they were called in to the Pharmacy today. You can be the best Doctor in the state but if you are going to cause your patients to go into withdrawal it doesn't do much good. there seems to a common denominator here. Just read the names involved. Is this going to continue every month? The answer she got from Kim is that she should call the office and request the fill at least a week prior. so every 3 weeks she has to call to remind them. Three to four days is not enough? But it takes 12 days to get the meds called into the pharmacy?
