She’s got an email from my Social Worker. She hasn’t disclosed to me. Nothing. She’s just not getting back to me or anything.

TWO PHOTOS AS PROOF — ONE WEBSITE, TWO BUSINESSES, TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORIES I contacted this firm with a case worth £1 million over two weeks ago. I sent every detail in writing. They replied by WhatsApp saying "we have your case" — then silence for two weeks. I called their office. Spoke to reception. Told ibraheem nasir was handling it — call back in 15–20 minutes. I called back. Told he wouldn't speak to me — wanted me to email instead. I said I have dyslexia and need to speak to someone. Ignored. Said he'd call back "sometime today" — never gave a time. He NEVER called. Then THEY EMAILED ME asking me to send ALL my details again. I told him: "I ALREADY SENT IT TWO WEEKS AGO. WHY DO I NEED TO SEND IT AGAIN?" He couldn't answer. Because he NEVER bothered to read his own inbox. HERE IS WHAT MAKES NO SENSE — SAME WEBSITE, TWO DIFFERENT BUSINESSES, TWO OPPOSITE STORIES: ✅ ONE SIDE OF THE BUSINESS: Emailed me asking for my details. They contacted ME. Their own email proves it. [PHOTO 1] ❌ THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BUSINESS: Says I "never contacted them. Never been a client. They have no details of me at all." [PHOTO 2] ONE WEBSITE. SAME FIRM. SAME EMAILS. ONE SIDE SAYS "WE HAVE YOUR CASE" — THE OTHER SIDE SAYS "WE NEVER HEARD OF YOU." HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? Information is being passed around from pillar to post. Nobody reads anything. Nobody knows what the other is doing. One office emails me — the other office denies I exist. They gave me an email address that does not work. Promises broken. Dyslexia ignored. And when caught — they just say "it never happened." TWO PHOTOS. THEIR OWN EMAILS. THEIR OWN WORDS. ONE SIDE PROVES THE OTHER SIDE IS LYING. DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS.
