Today Brad came over to service my water softener and was extremely thorough and patient answering my questions and while he was he noticed my hot water heater overflow pan was filled with water which had it overflowed could have seriously damaged my hardwood floor in the adjacent room. He’s a top notch technician, was on time. This also is a reflection of the company he works for first class people they did not ask me to write this, I typically don’t write reviews good or bad, but I felt that people needed to know this .Good , honest companies can be few and far between these days!

ADAMS AND COMPANY PLUMBING IS THE MOST ETHICAL COMPANY YOU WILL EVER HAVE THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH! My wife was driving our car down a very narrow road that leads to an even more narrow bridge in Holly Springs. As she went over the bridge a company box truck from Adam's was headed the opposite direction. Unknown to the driver of the box truck, our mirrors touched and broke our mirror off the car. The truck driver did not even know it happened due to the road noise in the truck and very little noise from the impact. When my wife got home we contacted ADAM's and they said they would talk to the driver and get his side of the story. They also checked their truck and discovered a scratch mark and paint transfer that was left by our car. Rob from Adam's then contacted me and said they acknowledged their error and would take care of the cost. Rob even sent an email to my wife apologizing and assuring her they would make it right. At no time did Rob make my wife feel it was her fault or act like we were to blame. In today's day and age when NO ONE accepts responsibility for their actions, it is nice to see there are still companies with ethics. You can hire Adams with confidence knowing they will stand behind the project.

Brad came out and was able to quickly fix my water leak from my upstairs bathroom and made the experience as easy as possible. Everything went smoothly and was accommodating to my needs and able to help with all questions I had. Will definitely reach out again next time in need.
