I love taking my vehicles here to be serviced. From the moment I walk in, I feel good. The folks at the counter, are honest, down to earth and trust worthy. The technicians know their job and have alot of experience. Taking your vehicle to be worked on can be stressful. You come to pick your vehicle up, there's grease on the inside of your door and steering wheel. Floor matts are dirty and greasy. Your radio is turned up and not on the station you had it on when you dropped it off. You notice there is alot of miles on it more than when you left it. I have never had an issue here. So, if you need quality service, someone you can trust at a reasonable price, bring your vehicle here. You'll be glad you did.

We’ve been using Adair for years. Always great service and price! Don and his team never try to persuade you on repairs or upgrades that aren’t needed.

They are sooo nice, efficient, and thorough. I LOVE their new software that sends me pictures of all the checkpoints on my car. It’s just a step above. I mean to actually see everything and if I needed a repair it would show it and it’s not just a “well you need this done and that.” It’s proof. I will recommend them to anyone who asks!!

Yesterday my car wouldn't start and I was stranded in my garage. It didn't appear to be the battery so I called Adair Tire and Auto. I found out this business is now under new ownership because the owner retired. The manager offered to drive to my home to look at my car. He was here within 15 minutes. He hooked up his portable computer and offered his thoughts on the cause. He had me up and running within 10 minutes and then wouldn't let me pay him for the service call. I was blown away with his kindness. This new manager just won my business for sure! It is so refreshing to meet people that genuinely want to help you. Thank you, Michael.

These folks have been taking care of our vehicle maintenance and repair for YEARS! Their work is impeccable! When they work on our vehicles there is never a residual problem. We very strongly recommend them in every aspect of automotive care!

We continue to be very happy with the service provided by the staff. We are very happy to continue working with the staff we knew before the ownership change. The high level of service that we expect has not dropped off. We will see you at our next Land Rover’s service interval or any other issue. I did come in for next service interval Friday. I asked them to check a specific tire that has a slow leak. They identified screws and nails in three of the four tires. Only one had a damaged side wall. I wanted four new tires of a certain type. They were able to find them and install that day. We are going on vacation and needed this done asap. They hit a home run in my book. We feel safer on vacation. Thanks.

I have serviced all of my vehicles here out of convenience for years. The new ownership continues to provide good service and solid customer care, but I was disappointed to learn they no longer honor the lifetime balance and rotation that came with tire purchases under the previous owner. I hope they consider reinstating this commitment as it was the main reason I originally chose to buy my tires here.

This place is absolutely amazing! Our car began to overheat on the interstate and luckily we made it to Adair Tire and Auto. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous from the time that we arrived. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had us back on the road much more quickly than I would have expected. I have had cars repaired and serviced all of my life and been to a number of excellent repair shops, but the vibe at this place is different. They truly want to help their customers and go out of their way to make your experience the best that it can be. I would gladly give them 10 stars if that were an option and I highly recommend this business!

Stephanie and (someone whose name I didn’t get, he just got married last year) were unbelievably helpful. I made things difficult for them with a change of plans following my insurance’s recommendation and they were unbelievably gracious and helpful. I will promote Adair Tire to everyone I know and will continue to use them moving forward!
