I called this company for a second opinion and was very impressed with the service. They were able to come out the same day and kept me updated through text, which I really appreciated. The technician, David, was excellent—he explained everything clearly and in detail, and I never felt pressured or like he was trying to sell me anything. That was a huge plus! Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be using this company moving forward.

David was great! He came out and explained everything he was doing and pointed out some things that were set up incorrectly already on our unit. He quickly corrected any issues and made sure everything was working properly, and also took the time to check on other things as well after it was working to make sure we wouldn't have other issues after he left.

This company is great, they do very good work and very dependable and honest. They certainly seem to want to keep their customers happy. Their prices are reasonable as well. I do highly recommend them, if my husband likes them, then that means alot. They have worked on our house, as well as our church, and rentals, got the job done in a very timely fashion. He came to my house and checked everything over with my unit. Cleaned my unit inside and out. Even in this heat, they were outside for over an hour cleaning and checking everything. Gave me recommendations. And his price was very reasonable. I will call him back when I need him.

Very prompt in returning my service call. Knowledgeable and experienced in fixing our Daizuki mini split a/c-heater units for a fare price. Our 4 units needed all their PC boards replaced due to flood water damage in our park. We were successful in finding the boards at Everwell parts in Miami, Florida. You can find them on the Internet. I was able to order and have the PC boards shipped to my home. We recommend this business to anyone with a/c- heater problems.
