Sent my titanium sensor for repair, the service was fast , technician were helpful, everything workes properly now. Highly recommend.

My staff contacted Acu Tech about the Dexis sensor not connecting to the software. Quoted 3 options for the repair, plug, chord or sensor. All very reasonable, mine was the plug. Repaired and back in a few days, they also gave tips on how to keep the sensors from failing. Just a very good experience! Thank You

Excellent technical service and 5 star plus friendly customer service. Very personable service with up to the minute communication when our sensor arrived and what service it would need. We are extremely satified with their service and the results. I highly recommend AcuTech Center for all your dental sensor repairs.

Have used this service for a couple of years and been satisfied with every interaction. The fees are reasonable,turnaround time is great,warranty is greater than that of the OEM. Kel called me to walk me through the specific issues I had with my sensors,too. I didn't feel rushed. I will continue to keep them on my speed-dial for my dental cameras and sensors.

Been trying to fix a Schick sensor that auto fires with them for 6 months. I sent my sensor in and they said it was a cable issue that would cost almost $1200. I said ok, few weeks later I get my sensor back, and it still has the same issues that I had before. I called, and they said send it back to them. Which I did, then a few more weeks goes by, and I call ask about my sensor. They said they're not sure what's going on. Few more weeks I call them, they said my sensor has a bad CCD. I could either repair that, which they didn't have a part, or refund me after they remove the new cable. I told them I'll take the refund. A month goes by and I call again, and they said they are ready. They send me my sensor, and I call about my refund, Acutech tells me they didn't do anything with yet, because they weren't sure what I wanted. I told them REFUND ME MY MONEY, and remove the new cable. I send it back, another month goes by and I call. They still have no clue, so I said just send me back my sensor. Every time I call this place, they look up my file and acts like it's the first time talking to them. My office has called multiple times, and nothing really gets accomplished. 6 months, being charged for the service, with a sensor still not working is terrible. Would have be ok if they refunded me, but every time I check on them they act like they are still working on it. 2 Months time was plenty to work on it, and they still don't have it resolved. Update: Months later they told me they were not going to be able to get the part to fix the sensor. They said they were willing to refund me my money and send the sensor back as is. Glad we were able to resolve it, and I got my money back. But really, the wait would have been okay if the said they were having issue getting the part, or told me how long I need to wait. Communication could have been souch better.

This company is very professional, honest, and make you feel special as a customer. I received the best customer service. I will always go back to them if I need help to repair any of my dental sensors. Highly recommend it.

AcuTech is very professional and provides outstanding service!! I was looking around in the Temecula and Murrieta area for a place to do some repairs on a circuit board and came across AcuTech. When I brought my circuit boards over, the staff assured me they could complete my request. Not only did they finish it but Kel cleaned it and stayed after closing to complete the repair. I was able to pick up my circuit boards later that evening on the same day. Their prices are incomparable to others and their services are outstanding. Thank you AcuTech

I sent my Kodak RVG sensor in for repair and it now works PERFECT!!! I'm glad you guys did a great job, and the service and turnaround time was excellent! Thanks AcuTech Center

Highly professional technicians Kel ran a thoroughly exam of the sensor the same day and gave me a quote and was able to repair it. Also gave us recommendations to prolong the unit. Highly recommended to others very trustworthy professionals.

i have sent two dexis sensors to these guys in the last year or so. Both times they fixed them for a lot less than buying a new one. Both sensors work great and function as new. They will save you some serious cash and headache from buying new sensors. Dr. Kizer
