11 years ago I did Yoga in the Kyiv group with instructor Yaroslav, who was personally acquainted with Leonid Belenitsky and advised me his book "Technology of the Path" and showed me the website of the Karma Yoga Institute. I began studying at this institute, and my life changed dramatically for the better. I have never encountered such unique and effective methods as those offered by the Karma Yoga Institute. This is deep work on yourself and on a real change in your Destiny. Writing the Course Project brought a huge turn in my life, this is my powerful tool, which I continue to use. Leonid knows how to tell very deep philosophical and medical knowledge of Yoga in a simple and accessible language with real examples from life. I have known about the author of the channel since 1990 as an authoritative specialist in the field of theoretical and practical yoga. Without having a personal acquaintance with the author, I received valuable information from the instructors who worked under his supervision, which I successfully applied in my life. From my point of view, the author of the channel not only knows the material deeply, but has experienced all the information taught in practice. For me, the author of the channel is an undisputed authority in his field, whose opinion I listen to. The course project that I wrote helped me better understand my Destiny and the events in my life in the methodology and concept of the material taught on the channel.
