I had a bad experience at this store a couple of weeks ago and initially didn’t feel it was necessary to leave a review. However, today while searching for something else, I came across this store again and was quite surprised to see how aggressively the owner responds to negative reviews.
It really says a lot about their attitude toward customers. Instead of addressing feedback professionally, the tone in those replies made me feel that my own experience wasn’t just a one-off. I hope the owner can take criticism more constructively in the future.

Went on a Saturday and met Howard. Super nice guy. I told him what I was struggling with in my game and he recommended a set of Ping irons. After playing nine holes with them today he was 100% right on his recommendation.
For secondhand clubs they were in incredible condition (9/10), and priced well compared to similar ones listed online. He even gave my wife set of irons so that she could learn how to play as a gift. 100% percent would recommend and I absolutely will return as a customer. Thanks again Howard.
