So impressed with this locksmith. They came out in an emergency when a digital lock failed and we were locked out. Jon responded quickly and reassuringly; gained entry and replaced the lock. All with no fuss and at very reasonable cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service. You are able to book after hour visits without the call out costs lumped on. Based in Welwyn but on the Hertford side they service properties is the Hertford and Ware areas. A long established locksmith they are very knowledgeable and can also cut keys on site at a much lower cost. I’d thoroughly recommend them.

Jonathan was AMAZING. Came to the rescue promptly to my house in Harpenden and got me back inside with no damage to the lock after two separate locksmiths had failed earlier! Lovely guy, great service. Highly recommend.
