Jerome - the truck driver, exceeded my expectations! I had a flat tire at night in the middle of nowhere along the highway, and Jerome superbly and professionally assisted me with calling for Uber transportation. Jerome assured me that he will not leave me alone at night along the highway, and so he waited until Uber arrived to pick me up! As far as I’m concerned, Jerome “walks on water”, period!

My ignition went out and my steering was locked. I was stuck 14 miles away from home. So I called around for a tow truck and average prices were $300. Then I saw a link for affordable towing and it dialed Action Towing. Priced me $150. My car was in a pretty tight spot and very hard for a flat bed to pull out, but the driver was very communicative and explained everything that was going on. Ended up getting the car out the spot and secured onto the flat bed 🙏. I will be calling Action Towing for all my towing needs from now on!

Fair pricing but most important they understood speciality cars. They loaded my Porsche up for transport without a scratch and with the utmost care.

I called them late on a weekday night, they were very personable, and they were able to dispatch a driver within an hour to help my mom replace a flat tire in 21 degree weather. Not only did the driver replace the flat but he also inflated the spare which was flat as well. Professional service!

During the winter storm in January '26, I thought I told my driveway enough. Turns out I didn't and I got stuck in the middle of it. I tried calling AAA, they wouldn't send someone. I tried calling empire towing, they were too backed up and said they couldn't get someone out there until tomorrow. But when I called Manassas Towing, I got Mr. Singh and he said he'd get someone out there within 45 minutes Fortunately, I was able to get my car out on my own with a little more shoveling. But I was appreciative of the fact that they were willing to and able to.
