I had my car broken into over the weekend. I called Action Auto Glass in San Francisco on Sunday and they answered. Sean was awesome, he told me not to worry and he assured me that everything was going to be alright. He wasn't able to get me matching glass with privacy tint because they're getting harder to find for my vehicle. (He could have got me the glass but I wanted the matching tint) Sean told me to check a dismantler in my area and sure enough they had the glass there with matching tint. I met Sean in San Francisco and he changed my window with ease. Action Auto Glass offers the best pricing in SF, not to mention the customer service. I really appreciate your service. Thanks Sean. Tl;dr Sean is quick, pleasant to chat with, and ended up replacing my window for free. I called Sean to replace a quarter glass and he was available within an hour outside his workshop. Halfway through the job, he realized he's got the wrong side glass and offered to finish the job for free when I get the part from another source, which is exactly what happened a few days later when I got the glass. Sean repeatedly insisted on not taking any money for installing the glass

Sean is great. We've been fighting with Safelite for literally 4 months and 5 visits with the wrong glass. Contacted Sean, he was here the next day and got the right glass put in 2 hours later. Thank you Sean!!

I called Sean to replace my windshield, at first he was great! But my windshield began to leak. I called him back and he came out and said he had forgotten to seal the windshield. He said he had sealed it, a few weeks later, it rained and I had a stream of water coming into my car. I called him and he said to wait until it dried up then he would come. I could not just let water pour into my car like that. I called him again and he said he would have his friends fix it. Well, he said it was too expensive and he would not pay for it. I asked for a refund and he has NOT given me my money back. He does not give you a receipt had I known he was going to be this shady I would have never asked him to work in my car. Don’t call him, he is not honorable and takes your money.

I had a side window replaced. 2/5 for scheduling, 4/5 for work. I called at 12p and he said he’d be free in 1-1.5 hrs. Then at 2:09p he said he’d be available after 4p. Then after 4p he said he could do it to the following day btwn 10-10:30a. He came the next day at 10:07a. I waited around most of the previous day based on his estimations. I recommend really trying to get him to commit to a time. The work was solid. He cleaned most of the broken glass out. There was still a decent amount left that I vacuumed. Not sure if that’s his job or not or just something he helped with. For payment he only accepts physical check and Zelle. He even though booking was a challenge it was much faster than a larger co.

Go here first. After calling around collecting quotes for a window regulator installation, I spoke with Sean. He diagnosed the problem over the phone, offered me excellent and transparent pricing, and now my window works. The whole experience made my day.

Very affordable auto glass service in SF, got it from friend and it paid off. Their auto glass services were much less than what I had in quotes. Great overall services as well from start to finish. Bravo!

Just had a window replaced by Sean this morning. Affordable, friendly, and professional. Only took about 20 minutes to replace a side window on a Prius. Highly recommended.
