They were responsive, booked us in quickly, did a thorough, clean job, and were friendly. This was my second time using ACT Gutter Cleaning and will be booking them again next year after the annual autumnal leaf drop.

Professional and efficient: that is, they followed up messages, they came as arrranged, did the work that was required expertly and sent photos of the work done. It is such a great company to have look after your gutters. Arrived on time. Work was carried out to a really high standard. Friendly, stayed true to the quote I was offered and price at the end of job was on the lower side of the quote I was given. Felt really comfortable with them being here. Ric and his lovely Office manager [partner?] were both very helpful and patient with someone who has trouble on the phone. Got me booked and serviced quickly and with no fuss. Ric was on time, professional and went the extra step of securing a troublesome pipe. He impressed and chatted with my 90yo Dad, leaving us both reassured and cheerful about a niggling problem.
