Terrible customer service. WARNING!! Be very sure of what you are buying, if you want to take anything back they will only give you a credit note for 6 months. I was umming and arrring about a stole and decided to get it, but my partner absolutely hated it (rabbit fur and against his principles) so tried to take it back as I will never get to wear it.... at no point in the shop did anyone mention they would not refund, even though they knew I was not 100% sure, there were no signs up advising the policy either... it took 3 weeks of waiting for the owner to call me (she was there on the day of purchase) before I relented and gave up trying to get a refund and was sent a credit note. She said they had an online site, so I went online... spent more than 45 mins searching for things that were actually in my size (there is no way of searching by size) and finally chose 3 items - but then had no way of inputting credit note into system, so had to ring the store.... only to be told none of the 3 items were in stock.... because the online stock and store stock are not on the same system so online have to be manually updated!!!!!
Small boutiques should be all about great customer service.... I spent $1800 in one go in that shop, and tried to return something for $495. It was all about their cashflow, and how they only held limited stock so didn't have many sizes.... and how I should have know 'intuitively' about their no refund policy before I bought it.... suffice to say, I will hopefully find something before the credit note runs out in my size that it half decent.... but I will NEVER shop there again.... you would think they would care about losing a customer that spends that much in one go, and may well have bought more from their shop.... if only their customer service and attitude didn't suck so much... but they really couldn't care less.
