How Can You Prove Workplace Harassment?
Workplace harassment is any unwelcome behaviour that creates a hostile work environment or negatively affects an employee’s ability to perform their job. In Ontario, harassment can take many forms, including verbal abuse, physical conduct, online harassment, and sexual harassment.
Employers are required by law to maintain a safe and respectful workplace under the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
