Excellent purchase experience with Kristin. We had an unexpected need for a wheelchair on a Saturday. Many places were closed for the weekend, and the online retailer had delivery dates which were days away. I was delighted to find ACG Medical is open on Saturday afternoons. Kristin asked good questions about the patient and then recommended an 18" wheelchair instead of the 20" that I had assumed was standard. That turned out to be very important since our house is barely negotiable with an 18" chair and a 20" just wouldn't have worked out. AGC's price was very close to the lower online prices for the same product, and was actually better than some other online prices. I don't write many online reviews, but ACG and Kristin deserve all 5 stars. They are located in a very large U-shaped strip mall, and the dark green letters of their sign didn't stand out to me. Look for them on the left side of that U-shaped strip mall.

Even tho most stores were closed during the cold spell we had the first part of Feb. 2022, this store was open. I had an urgent need for a replacement for my CPAP mask, and found no help until I called this store. The person there was very helpful on the phone and so I went the 25 miles from my place to get what I needed. I was able to try the mask to make sure it would not leak. After two tries, we found the one that was best. This is simply good old fashioned high quality service. Outstanding

Went in yesterday to buy a wheelchair for myself. I recently lost my mobility and this has given me my freedom back!!!! Wheelchair is very sturdy, easy to operate and comfortable! The brand is drive medical which is the same brand of equipment they provided me at BSW hospital. Staff was very helpful and nice, I can tell that they really do love helping people. I left with a smile on my face!

Had exactly what I needed at a fantastic price. The store was clean and easy to navigate. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience and I will be shopping with them in the future and definitely recommend them to friends.

Having problems with my GOGO scooter. Wasn't charging. Found a blown fuse and bad batteries. Repaired it in a hour on a Saturday afternoon. Also gave me some advice on mataining my batteries that no other shop told me. The only shop open till 5 pm on Saturday. All others closed Saturday or only open till 2pm. This is outstanding service.
