Ed was fantastic. Not sure if anyone’s ideal Friday afternoon is their car battery dying while running errands and then having to balance work calls/emails while watching the time pass stressing about school pickups AND trying to figure out how to get your battery replaced quickly and safely. Ed picked up the call right away and was super communicative about the process and his ETA. He made an otherwise stressful and annoying situation feel easy breezy. Bonus points for him driving to the LKN area around rush hour. Thank you Ed!
