We just started service with ACE Pool and Spa based not only on Google reviews, but from the recommendations from several close friends. Wow! Excellent communication and fantastic customer service! I’d like to shine light on Collin who made our pool shimmer! Looking forward to our journey with him and this company! Hands down, Collin earned every single star we gave him!

Alex (and the rest of the team!) at Ace Pool have gone above and beyond to meet our needs!! We had a green pool, waterfall not working, spa heater that wouldn’t turn on and some other issues - and they handled it all! They showed up when they said they would with professionalism and positive attitudes. I can’t recommend them enough! So grateful to have found Ace Pool!

I had used Ace Pool & Spa for a couple of seasons with good results. Good service and fair pricing until last year they serviced a failure on part of the filter system and were not honest with me on replacement part cost. I was told the part they replaced was being installed at their cost but the repair seemed unusually high. I found the identical part at 3 pool supply houses and on Amazon for half of what I was charged. I have since stopped using Ace Pool & Spa for service.

Ace Pool and Spa has been a total game-changer for us. We used to constantly stress about our pool—whether the water was balanced, if the filter was working right, or when the next random issue would pop up. We used Ace Pool and Spa to replace our 16- year old pool liner. The experience we had with Ace Pool and Spa was nothing less than exceptional. Everyone we met was professional, kind, and timely. Their prices are beyond fair. Prior to having the liner replaced, our pool floor wasn’t smooth and the original liner never seemed to fit right in the corners. Ace Pool and Spa were meticulous about smoothing out the pool floor and ensuring the liner fit perfectly. We are thrilled with the new liner! Our pool looks better than it did when it was brand new. Ace Pool and Spa will forever be our go-to for pool repairs and any maintenance needs we encounter in the future.
