I had my Forklift worked on and it worked great for a couple days. They came back out and got it. A short time later it was back looking like new. Mike did a little extra and repainted some parts. I was amazed at the level of customer support and service. Its so nice these days to get above and beyond service. It literally came back looking and running better than It ever had before. Just purchased a used forklift from Ace. I'm a small customer with just a single unit, but Chase & Thomas went above and beyond to get the lift prepped, serviced, painted, & delivered. Would highly recommend giving them a call, especially over one of the big dealers like Shoppas.

I found their ad through Craigslist and was impressed by how thorough and informative their ad was. I went to their location and was a bit apprehensive as I've never bought a forklift before, but Chase was extremely knowledgeable and got me set up with solid forklift at a fair price. I've been using it for about month now and it's been running great. I've even gotten compliments on the paint job!

Company is the best at what they do!! Called in for service for a forklift we just bought, easy process. Other companies never showed up. They send out a technician the same day, Abel(3007) came out here gave us a run through on our unit with detail. Never had a technician/mechanic explain to me everything with precise information. Never think twice on calling Ace Equipment for service. Never leave reviews on companies but this one just felt right!

ACE Equipment is an excellent choice for all your forklift needs. If you need to purchase, rent, or have service completed on a lift this is an excellent choice for your needs. Prices are always fair and service is outstanding. I have been the decision maker on this type of equipment for over 30 years and this group is second to none. Ed and his group in service always get any issues completed either the same day or next day. Service techs are always thorough and point out any issues that may appear in the future to give you the option to repair now or wait until failure. At no time are they pushy and try to sell you things you don't need. Loaners are always provided if you need a service that requires shop repair. Service is always good to provide you updates on equipment and transportation needs. Chase's sales team are always excellent to respond to your needs and get you the equipment you need at a fair price whether it be for a purchase or rental.
