He arrived on time and kindly waited for me as I was a bit delayed giving my daughter her medicine. He was very polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout the journey. When we reached my daughter’s school, he even offered to take me back free of charge, which was an incredibly generous and thoughtful gesture. His car was spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained, and his professional driving made me feel completely safe and at ease. Thank you, Muhammad Naeem, for your kindness and professionalism, and thank you ACE Care for always providing such great service. I have been a loyal customer for the past four years, and I’m always happy with your drivers and cars.

Needed to get my dog to the vet urgently. I did let them know I had a dog and they let me know there was a small additional charge. The driver arrived early, was a total gentleman and a most pleasant chat en route. Price seems fair but the service/driver was superb and the car was beautifully clean, hence the dog charge. Excellent company.

Best taxi company i have used in Reading. Never let me down I travel in from London Ace cars pick me up from Reading station daily they always turn up 5 to 10 mins early i get a txt massage from the drivers to say they have arrived with the car make and reg. Good job guys keep it up.

I used Ace car service first time pre booked with my drop offs as services like Freenow or uber always let you down on the day and today was one of those days my time was very limited as had a meeting to get too in London. The driver arrive right on time as promised, he was so understanding of my situation , he was honestly the kindest person you could meet. I managed to get a train earlier than I planned as he just showed how much he cared in getting me to the station in time. I’m definitely using Ace car again! Really appreciate his service thank you!

Great first experience! I needed to bring back bodyboard and suitcase back to my storage unit. Malik was really helpful and friendly. He loaded the taxi with care, had a nice chat on the way there and I even had a little discount. I will use this company again. Lettie
