Name, middle name & last name as it appears on your Driver's Licence ( we do ID check upon your arrival )
Make, Model, Caliber & Serial Number of all qualifying pistols.
We print your Certificate based on your provided information & if any of those information does not match with your ID or pistols, then we can't give your certificate by the end of the day . So please be sure to double check before submitting them , thank you.
$15 Dollars Range Fee ( pay at the range )
