Accu-Temp Air Conditioning & Heating

I have relied on Accu-temp for minor repairs and upkeep of the AC units across multiple properties for years. This year we had to replace the full system at one of our homes. Accu-temp came in lower in cost than a few other companies (I had to do the due diligence) and completed the install professionally and quickly. Our tenant gave glowing reviews of the experience as well.

Accu-Temp recently diagnosed and repaired our commercial HVAC unit. After diagnosing the problem they clearly explained to me what was wrong and what parts they needed to fix it. Unfortunately, one of the 3 parts they needed was back ordered by the manufacturer. Tina tracked down the part to a store in Houston and got it shipped to us. Rafael came back out and fixed our unit and ended up not needing all the parts they thought they might need and so they reduced our bill from what was already approved by us. I was really impressed with their honesty and their communication. Will definitely use them in the future for HVAC needs.

This review is a long time overdue as we've used these folks forever. If you're shopping around for an air conditioning and heating company, let me save you a lot of time and just recommend you go with Accu-Temp. Finding a good tradesman is tough. We've lived in the Austin metro area for over 10 years and know how hard it is to find good service. If you find someone who is great quality, as well fairly priced, they are worth their weight in gold. Well we have relied on Accu-Temp for years and would recommend them to anyone. It started with Steve, and continues with the other great folks they have from Tina, to Rafael, to all of them. These folks are prompt, professional, on time, and know exactly what they are doing.

We called Accu-Temp based on a recommendation from a friend. Our 17-year old AC unit had stopped blowing cool air and another company had told us the motor needed replacing. We were seeking an estimate on a new system. Steve came out and within 10 seconds of looking at the unit determined that it simply needed to be hosed off! We were shocked and relieved (and slightly embarrassed). We had had three other companies out that day and no one had suggested that; all the others had simply written up thousand dollar estimates for us. Steve's knowledge and honesty is unbeatable. We will call Accu-Temp for all our HVAC needs.

The entire team at Accutemp is phenomenal! They have been servicing our home for years. I called them over the weekend because our a/c wasnt working. They called me first thing Monday morning and scheduled a same day service check. They diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. Then they ordered the part I needed, (found it at a north Austin location) then went and picked up the part and came back same day to fix it. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our experience with Accu-Temp's Steve Brock was exceptional! On a recent weekend our AC ceased working. We called several referred company's, one did not answer, the other could not come until Monday, the third, Accu-Temp, said they could be there by noon. Our hero, Accu-Temp's Steve Brock, arrived at noon, assessed our unit, found the problem quickly and fixed it! Steve could have told us anything and we would not have known the difference since HVAC's are not our area of expertise. On top of his wonderful responsiveness, the bill was very reasonable - less than we anticipated - as I said we don't know one HVAC repair from another and would have gratefully accepted any diagnosis and cost to get that cold air blowing forth again! Mr Brock has a confidence-inducing, calming demeanor! We are so happy and relieved to have encountered this exceptional HVAC expert!

We have used Steve exclusively for all our HVAC needs for the past 7or 8 years. He is responsive to emergency situations, fair in price, will not try to sell you an upgrade or to purchase unnecessary items. His response time is good and keeps you informed on his ETA. Steve is extremely knowledgeable with HVAC and is always up to date on any new happenings in the HVAC world. I highly recommend Steve and Accutemp.

Rafael and team did an amazing job of installing multi-split AC units for our home offices. They installed the single compressor and 2 indoor units the very next day. Their price was by far the most reasonable as well!

Honest, reliable, and on time, I trust Steve to diagnose and fix my a/c without trying to sell me a new system or upgrades I don't need. It's hard to find service people you can believe in, but this company must have "Be Honest" as its motto. I would recommend to anyone needing a/c or heating service.

Wonderful customer service. Our AC broke suddenly on a very hot day and the lovely representitive assured us she would do everything she can to send someone the same day and she held her promise. Rafael not only replaced the broken part but also fixed a sound problem we were having with the fan. Very professional and courteous. They earned our business for maintenance work as well.
