Absolutely hands down the worst customer service of my life! I just called after a very violent car accident on my way to the hospital needing desperate legal advice not only was the guy who answered the phone rude he was hard to understand then hung up on me!!!!?!! Id this is the way you treat potential customers then I am sure you will not be in business in this town much longer!!!!!! Ask me how I know this?!?! I have been living in Casa Grande since I was 10!!! Year 2000 if you didn't know yet this is still a very small town where reputation is still paramount!!!!!!!!!! I guess other places like LA or any big city that might not mean much anymore however down in this great town that I love that is not the case!!!!!! I also ran my own small business in town for 8 years and was aware of vital my reputation was and received 5 star reviews from every single one my customers!!!!!!!! And guess what?!?!!! I was busy every single day all day. At the time if you searched tree service Casa Grande on Google I was the very first listing that popped up!!!!! So I think it's safe to say that I have a multifaceted comprehension of the value of good customer service!!!!!!!!!!! Clearly I am not just some dude off the street ranting!!!!
