I strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to proceed with caution. After being struck by a drunk driver—an event that significantly altered my life and ultimately forced me to leave my job and relocate—I trusted this office to advocate on my behalf. Unfortunately, communication was extremely poor throughout my case. I was consistently required to follow up on my own, often receiving no updates unless I initiated contact. Despite providing all requested documentation in a timely manner, I was ultimately sent to collections. When I raised concerns, the responses I received were unprofessional and dismissive. Additionally, after informing them that I carried full insurance coverage, no meaningful effort was made to pursue my policy. Instead of focusing on my best interests, there appeared to be greater urgency placed on securing my signature for their own compensation rather than ensuring proper representation and resolution of my claim.
