Access Line Transportation & Limousine service

I cannot rate Access Line Transportation and our drivers, Alejandro and Sigifredo, high enough! This was our first time using this service and every aspect from communication, friendliness of the drivers and the help with our luggage and getting us through the airport and traffic in addition to immaculate vehicles was absolutely amazing! I have highly recommended Access Line to friends and family and will definitely use this service when I am back in the Orlando area. The service provided to us was pick up at MCO airport to our Airbnb in Port Canaveral and from Port Canaveral back to the airport. Everyone in our party was extremely happy with the service and would definitely use again!

Used this company for the 1st time for our family visit to Orlando. We had 11 in our party and booked transfers to and from the airport and to and from the cruise port. Our driver was very friendly and helpful with our luggage (and we had a lot!) our minibus was spotless, comfortable and the driver was on time. We got a reminder the night before each transfer which included our drivers name. Would highly recommend this company.

We used Access Line Transportation service during the week of Thanksgiving 2025). We took the train from DC down to catch a cruise. Our driver had to wait a few hours because the train was late, but he didn't leave us. He was professional. He was gracious. We couldn't have asked for better service. For the return home trip, we used Access Line again, and when I said before, that we couldn't have asked for a better service, they outdid themselves on our return trip. Our driver was prompt. He again was professional. He was so friendly and just wonderful with our little ones. The babies tried to give him an additional tip, he took it thanked the little ones made them feel so grown up and then secretly gave us back the money and told us it was totally unnecessary. I highly recommend access line transportation you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing company! Would give them 10 stars if I could. Alejandro and William treated our family with such care. We had 2 sprinter vans for 20 people including 5 kids. We stayed in Orlando for a few nights before getting a cruise. They were on time…actually early and even returned my grandson’s hat that was left in the car. I cannot say enough about how amazing they were and we cannot wait to return and use them again. If you’re looking for reasonably priced transportation with exceptional service and professional drivers! Look no further ! I had such a great experience with this transportation company! From booking to drop-off, everything was smooth and professional. Our driver, Alejandro, was punctual, friendly, had great communication with us on our meeting and went above and beyond to make sure the ride was comfortable. The vehicle was spotless and well-maintained, and communication throughout was excellent. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family.

Our driver was prompt, extremely helpful, and courteous. No problems at all. The vehicle was extremely clean, well-kept, and very comfortable for six of us Including five bags. We were extremely pleased with the service that was provided. Our family will definitely use the service in the future.

When you take care of a small group of all ages and go where you're not used to, good communication is a must. For that, I give Access Line 5 stars, as they replied very quickly to all my questions, any time of day. Drivers were helpful, on time, drove safely, van was comfortable and clean. Everything went as I expected.

5 star experience all the way! Alejandro was our driver and was absolutley amazing, I wish I could give him 10 stars. He drove us from Orlando to Tampa for the Tampa Pig Jig festival and then back to Orlando. He was friendly and professional, the car was clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Alejandro was, we would definitiely use Access Line again and highly recommend them!

We had a big group of 9 plus 18+ bags (yeah, we don’t pack light 😅) and had zero issues fitting everything! Juan, our driver, showed up early (a blessing for my always-running-late Hispanic family), packed the van himself in slacks and a button-down like a pro, and got us to the airport with plenty of time. On the ride, he was genuinely interested in our trip—not just making small talk. He also picked us up when we got back, iPad sign and all, and patiently waited while we got through customs and grabbed our bags. The whole experience felt more like getting dropped off by a family member than a company ❤️ Would 1000% book again and request Juan in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

Easy to book online or via email. Both drivers were wonderful. They were professional, friendly, and got us to and from our destination with no problems at all. We will continue to use access line as our primary mode of transportation from the airport.
