Kim was super helpful and professional. And the front desk too. My shoulder feels much better. Looking forward to coming back for my other treatment days. Thanks ATP!

Five stars doesn't even begin to cover how great of an experience I have had so far. Lucas in Concord has been awesome to work with. It was going to be a week or so before he could see me so he sent me exercises to work on even before my first visit and checked on me during the process. I can't say enough good things.

Lucas is very personable and sets his patients at ease from the initial meeting and moving forward. His approach and demeanor prepares the patient for a meaningful and focused path to wellness. He does a great job and strives to know his patients PT needs and how to establish a true rapport.

I was so happy to find a therapist who specialize in vertigo as I am prone to have it quite frequently. Lucas was wonderful and help me through my vertigo in only two sessions. I am sure he would help you with any problem you might have.

Each therapist I’ve worked with has been professional, knowledgeable and helpful with the issues I was prescribed therapy by my doctor for. Truly kind and caring, listens to how you are feeling at every appointment and adjusts the workout accordingly. The office front staff are very organized and keep everything running smoothly. Can’t say enough wonderful things about Accelerate Therapy.

I went in for back issues, and didn't want to do surgery, and Kim fixed me up. She worked with me, and was very considerate of the pain I was in, and helped me out a lot. Would definitely go back. Overall, Accelerate Therapy, is a great place to go to.

Today is my final appt with Erin and Kim, at least for now. They have both worked consistenlty and competently to enhance my ankle and foot strength as well as improve my balance. Their professionalism and willingness to help me improve as been a successful positive experience. I highly recommend them to anyone with these issues.

Erin helped me so much with my total knee replacement. I was getting depressed because of the pain in walking approx. 6 weeks post op. I tried resting, working harder with the exercise and was getting nowhere fast. I didn't know what to do! On day 1 I left feeling better. She taped it and did cupping and other type manipulation and "et voila" it improved dramatically. She keyed in on the problem right away and guided me on how to resolve it and improve my walking. Erin is professional, friendly, kind and extremely knowledgable and is a true asset to the community. She doesn't walk away from you during your session with her, she's right there working with you, asking for your feedback on the procedure she's doing and explaining things. Give that girl a raise! she's worth it. Thank you Erin for helping me!

I signed up with Accelerate several weeks ago. I signed up with them to help me with my balance since I have fallen several times. Most of the falls were not serious. One was when I fell at the gym and fell on my head. They insisted I have my head checked. Luckily I was okay. I have had two therapists at Accelerate, Erin and Kim, who both assisted me with exercises with my legs, feet, ankles and arms to assist me when I feel I am going to fall. My biggest challenge is balancing on one foot. At this time I am unable to do it but I will not give up. I feel Accelerate has helped me. It has given me more confidence even when I feel like I am going to fall.

I wanted to take a moment to thank all of the providers that I have worked with here, but especially Haley. I have tried PT in the past at different places and from the first day I knew this experience would be different than the other places I had previously tried. I have made more progress in the last month than I have in years. It makes me think that being "pain-free" is an option I might see in my future.
