Would not recommend. Their service is for one more expensive than what you can get elsewhere for the same service. Be prepared for their salesperson to mislead you into a long-term contract that will stay with you weather or not you stay in your home or move. Be prepared for their cheap equipment to break frequently and for them to charge you 95 dollars as hour for an inexperienced technician to spend all day repairing the system only for it to not work after they leave. I look forward to ending service with Acadian as soon as the contract ends, in 5 years! I rated them a 1 star, but would go lower if given the option.

Sorry this is a poor review. Our fire alarm went off. I turned it off and called acadian total. Was on the line 7 plus minutes before I could talk to someone. They did try to call me 3 minutes in but I was on hold on the other line. When I was a kid our home burned down and timing is everything when there's a fire. Other that this I have had great service in the past. Plus I had a tech come out and he was very nice and knowledgeable made sure all my connections were good and fixed a few. Showed me how to use the app also.

I never used the actual monitoring service. The hardware became out of date when the 3g service was turned off in 2022. I told them I wanted to cancel when I was contacted by a sales rep to pay them an additional fee for a nonfunctional product. They would not allow me to do so. I called the office to cancel. The billing department also would not allow me to cancel service and told me that customer retention would call me back “in 10-15 minutes.” They did not. So I still am forced to pay a company who can’t monitor outdated hardware because no one will cancel my service that I do not want.

This process was well explained in details, VERY ACCURATE quotes! Service Installation was Quick! Mr. Joey was VERY PROFESSIONAL....!!!!! The team that came out to install was really nice and they cleaned up behind themselves, which was an A+ for me!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND .............Acadian Total Security!!!!! So happy I chose them! Great company to deal with. If any problems come up they take care of it pretty fast. Very professional and polite people to do business with. Been a very satisfied customer for years, had them install cameras, security system, with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector and their monitoring service is great.

I was very satisfied with Acadian Total Security and their rep Daniel Luke. Matter of fact I had Daniel as my rep 10 years ago for my home and it is so nice to see that he is still in the business. That means a lot to me. We are very excited about the value of having our new offices secured by this very high technology system that Acadian Total Security will install for us A+

We had to replace our home security system due to a lighting strike. Acadian Total Security was very affordable. The installation technicians were very professional and efficient. They worked thru lunch to get the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Acadian Total Security to all. 5 stars

Danny Luke did a great job installing our alarm system. He is very knowledgeable and does a complete job. He does not cut corners and ensures installation is done right. He planned ahead for a future addition to our home when we had not thought to plan for alarm wiring by installing wiring during our initial building for the later addition. He provides quick answers and knows the industry by providing what you need. Hands down, he’s the best. Go with Acadian and Danny and you can’t go wrong.
