Acadian Total Security

I am thrilled that my doorbell camera issue is finally resolved! The team in Bridge City worked with me tirelessly to find out why my doorbell camera was not working like it should... Big shout out to Cecily for really researching what was going on with this camera! It was finally resolved, and I got a brand-new doorbell camera that is so much better than what I had!! Thank you so much for going the extra mile to get this fixed for me!

We had 8 new windows installed and needed to have sensors installed but could not drill into the new window frames without voiding the warranty. The service man knew exactly how to fix the problem at minimum cost. He worked quickly and had our system back on line within an hour or so. We are appreciative of the expert service we received.

The technicians Mason and Jacob, did an excellent job! They not only did a great on the install itself, but also in communicating throughout the install! Equipment is next level too!

Acadian Total Security has been thee benchmark for our peace of mind at night and daytime. We recently had to update an older system, and the tech was so professional in explaining the system and how to use it. REAL GLAD WE HAVE ACADIAN TOTAL SECURITY for our protection.

We encouraged our Mom to switch to Acadian Total Security. At first, they were terrific! Recently, they broke her doorbell. She replaced it and had it installed (she paid someone). They disconnected it and broke it. They've been out SEVEN TIMES! Here's a list of excuses for their inability to make her system work with the doorbell: * You have an older home. (It's perfectly maintained.) * The installer isn't an electrician but "this is low voltage so it doesn't matter." * Use your phone instead. (The low voltage guy doesn't realize the button on the bell is critical here.) *We sent out a supervisor! (?) * You don't need it. Here's the thing. She's PAYING FOR THE SERVICE. Either provide the service or admit you can't. This blaming the customer and causing her to feel she must explain why she needs a doorbell is absolutely absurd! That we recommended you makes it even more annoying. We believed a local company cared about local people. I guess we were absolutely wrong.

Unable to reach a live person. Called 4 times and got either voicemail or disconnected. Recording says call will be taken in the order received and "your call is very important to us". It sure doesn't seem that way when no one answers.

I switched to Acadian because my existing security company could not stop the system from waking up my family with useless beeping (like low battery) in the middle of the night. I was promised this would not happen. But with Acadian it has happened multiple times over the past 2 years and they don't take my concern seriously. They installed extra keypads in bedroom and and garage that are very slow to communicate and don't work reliably. Moreover when I have an issue it often takes 2 weeks to get someone to come. If I could find a better service I would change. I wasted a lot of money switching with no improvement, false promises, and slow service.

As a well-known local business owner here in Acadiana, If I would have to choose a company to have Fire Service & Monitoring, I would NEVER use or recommend Acadian Total Security to anyone. I have had over 100 Fire false alarms with this system that I have installed. They have come out here time after time to locate the problem(s) and are Unsuccessful. I now have 4 outstanding invoices, which total is adding up to $975.00.
