Joined AOS Whitefield a month back and loving it. 💪
Update after more than 2 years -
Who (I think) will AoS benefit from?
- Wants to build consistency and the habit of working out regularly
- Enjoy working out in groups than alone
- Wants to get the basics right (from how to pick up a heavy weight on the floor - to - how to engage the right muscles while working out
- Wants to understand strength, mobility, posture, and your overall body
- Wants to explore Animal Flow (I love it)
If you have very specific goals, ensure you speak to the coaches in detail. They are very approachable and helpful, genuinely.
For personal training, the coaches are great but very expensive. If affordable, it’s likely worth it, though I can’t vouch for it firsthand.
After 2 years of group classes, I have switched to another gym but still go to AoS once a week just for Animal Flow 😃. I am trying this because I feel, at this point, group classes are not helping my personal goals. And I cannot afford personal training at AoS. It’s been a month, and I’m enjoying the change. Even now when I am working out on my own, I constantly apply the cues and techniques I learnt from AoS.
AoS has truly been an ‘Academy’ for me - lot of learning, good friends, better understanding of my body, mobility, nutrition and health in general. Honestly, I miss the space, people and group sessions at AoS. And I might go back to AoS group sessions based on how things evolve at my personal front.
