I used to go to AoS a year ago, attended sessions for well over 8 months; now that I have moved to a different gym (due to distance and also AoS is slightly on the expensive side) I look back at my experience and I feel great!
AoS is a great place for people of all experience levels and ages. I joined the place as a with no prior experience and they took their time to understand my limitations.
This is not your typical gym that pushes you lift more or work towards physic goals but rather helps you achieve a fitness level that helps you function well in your everyday life. The coaches help you get the basics right and it is a frustrating-ly slow process but honestly very effective.
From day one till the last the coaches helped me understand my body and taught me what exercises I will be performing and more importantly how and why.(this knowledge has been very very valuable for me) These foundational teachings helped me perform better, faster and gave me confidence to work out on own now.
The group sessions are super fun and intense, and they structure the week well with functional, strength and mobility sessions.
TL:Dr : it’s a great place especially if you are beginner, must join! The program designed, helps one progress slowly but surely. The coaches are great and so are facilities!
