Awesome Company. Colby and Alan inspected our system today, nothing but outstanding service. Not only was their workmanship great, but they both took the time to answer my questions and educate me on this new process for our family. Not to mention, my son absolutely enjoyed the use of equipment for this process. Yard was left in a neat condition and work was upgraded to make the next visit easier. I highly recommend their services and there prices are reasonable.

Woke up this morning to my basement flooding. Toilet and bathtub overflowing from my septic backing up. I was going to have roto rooter come out, but they were only going to clean my basement they weren’t going to be able to address my septic tank. Banks Septic didn’t even answer their phone, an AI assistant answered. I needed help quickly. My husband hopped on our local community Facebook page and saw that AC Septic Services were highly recommended so I gave them a call. They answered immediately. A real human, someone ready to help me. Alan had Colby give me a call and before I was even off the phone with Colby he was walking to his truck to come help me. He was at my house with all his equipment within less than 2 hours. He was friendly and professional and got my septic fixed quickly. I had a million questions and he was happy to answer all of them. He had recommendations ready for cleaning services and plumbing services. I will definitely be using them in the future.

These guys were AWESOME! My septic system was backed up into my house because of neglect since ‘98. They came out within 24 hours. They found my problem, dug, opened up, pumped it, repaired/updated my antique system and even poured a new sidewalk matching my old one after putting in a new access. It was all knocked out in no time and they showed me everything and discussed EACH step. Awesome people, knowledge and workmanship not to mention a great price! My new go to for my septic system.

Allen and Colby are straight up professionals At what they do. They can answer any question that you ask them about their services. They are quick, very efficient and they do a great job in a timely manner. I would recommend AC septic services over any septic service out there in the Tucker, Ga area or any surrounding areas that they service. They did a spectacular job and I’m going to use them again to further fix the things on my septic that need to be addressed. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Haven’t had my septic system pumped in 26 years. These Gus were top shelf from being on time to explaining the process and all options . They even went over and above and fixed a sprinkler line that was hit when digging up the septic tank. I’m going to share the AC Septic name with all of my neighbors that might be in need of a septic service. GREAT EXPERIENCE! B

Alan and Colby came out and pumped our septic tank and done a fantastic job. They showed up when they said they would. We will definitely use them again and I will be referring them to anyone that has a septic issue.

Awesome. These guys showed up almost as fast as I needed service and drove a long way. Knowledgeable and quick work on a pretty big job. Old septic needed new lines and pump etc.
