The service I received from ABZ recovery today was top notch. I called to ask for a price regarding the cost of recovery for my uncle's Honda Fit and the process was smooth throughout. From the initial call, to the booking process and then to keeping me updated on when the recovery is going to arrive, everything was flawless and highly professional. The person who answered my call was very patient and calmly explained through the process before I confirmed. The quote I received for the recovery was very decent and it just goes to show that these guys are not greedy or over priced like some of the other recovery places who quoted me nearly £200 to go the exact same distance with more than an hour extras worth of waiting time than I was quoted by ABZ. The recovery arrived to us in less than 30 minutes which was excellent and extremely convenient considering the fact that we were given a minimum waiting time of an hour and a half from multiple recovery places that were even closer to us than ABZ. I would also like to say a really big thank you to the person that came out and recovered the car for us. (Really sorry, I totally forgot your name). He was calm, polite and professional. He had the car loaded onto the truck ready to go in less than 10 minutes. The drop off was completed swiftly with the car safely dropped off outside the garage. All in all, this was genuinely the best recovery experience that I have had in years. I will definitely be returning whenever I need recovery in the future and I will definitely be recommending ABZ to anyone who needs their car recovered. Green flag service was unable to start my 992.1 Carrera 4S due to flat lithium ion battery. ABZ recovery service was able to start my car using their charger. I have to pay £120.00 for the service. The green flag servicemen would have easily done if he is knowledgeable I am very happy with the service provided by ABZ recovery services. Highly recommended
