Our oven wasn’t working . I found ABV and others in the web Selected ABV because they were great in getting back to me , did not ask for some ridiculous up front payment and could get to fix things sooner than later . The experience was fabulous . They arrived on time , figured things out quickly, provided a fair price, did the job and were great in customer service I absolutely recommend them

Alex was polite and thorough. It took him a bit to figure out how to remove the broken part on the first visit, but installing the replacement on the return visit went quickly. Initial price quote was a bit high, but I am happy with the result.

Igor came exactly on time as scheduled and worked diligently to fix my refrigerator, which had stopped running the day before. I waited all weekend for my washer repair. The technician was quick and told me it was fixed. I paid $235 only to try to run it immediately and it fills with water and will not wash, spin, or drain. I am now in an emergency situation and no one is available to speak, the website offers emergency 24/7 except all you can "speak to" is Victor who is not a real person.
