Absolutely Dry

I'm a Schererville resident and was referred to Absolutely Dry. They diligently worked with me and my schedule, then promptly arrived when they said they would. Their technician came to the door with tools in hand and politely wore shoe coverings at the door. The technician (Nicole) was polite, professional, and most importantly, very informative. She showed me where my water damage is, thoroughly explained clean up process, as well as what would happen if I didn't address the issue. I felt Nicole went above her scope of work by asking to see the shower that was leaking down to the first floor, then removing the drain cover, and showing me where the leak was coming from. She gave me advice on what could be done in an attempt to save myself some money. Nicole also explained to me about payment options and insurance claim options to move forward. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

During my time of crisis, Absolutely Dry showed up same day and within hours of being contacted. They got to work immediately. While I was very grateful of everyone on the team who showed up to help salvage my home, I especially saw and worked with and appreciated Nicole the Project Manager and Holly who was the Site Lead. Both of these ladies were incredibly helpful worked their butts off and supported me for months throughout this process. I can not express enough gratitude. I had some minor inconveniences and frustrations, but with the magnitude of my project and a strong understanding of this field of work and the unpredictability of the day to day demands and priorities, I do not beleive they could have been avoided and they were part of the nature of the disaster at hand. They worked with me from start to finish of my project, my insurance adjustor applauded the thoroghness of their documentation. I loved the positive, calm, and composed demeanor Holly brought to the table. Everytime bad went to worse, Holly embraced it and handled it with a smile; reassuring that "hey this happened, but also, we got this!" I never felt more confident leaving such a huge asset in any one else's hands. She worked hard and she got the job done. Impressed hardly seems like a powerful enough word to describe her talent and presence. Nicole organized and managed my project. Not only did she juggle an overflowing plate, she also did it with a smile and a "no matter what happens, we will get through it" attitude. She has communicated and been available to me at all hours of any day that I have needed her. She was also irreplaceable in navigating this nightmare. The value these ladies bring to this company are priceless and I hope they are compensated as such. I know this work can feel undervalued and underappreciated and it certainly is not in my eyes! If I ever had to do this again, I would not want to do it without these two ladies supporting me through it. I am forever grateful for the whole team of Absolutely Dry, I will be telling this story for probably the rest of my life and I will continue to recommend them for disaster remediation services! (Mine was a massive household flood)

If you have some sort of disaster caused by water, fire, or wind these are the people to call. Nicole and her amazing team dont sleep, they are the calm in the storm. Absolutely Dry takes the stress away, Nicole explained the procedure and followed through on everything she told us. I definately recommend them

Beware! Do not sign any forms without being completely filled out. Do not agree to assign all proceeds payable by any insurance companies to Contractor(Absolutely Dry) or the may take all your insurance claim money and you will not be able to pay for other insured damage. I asked for copies of the form and had to wait over a week.

Great company with a very quick response, they were very easy to deal with and they did most of the engagement with our insurance…highly recommend if you have any water or mold issues
