I called this company last week for a second opinion on a possible issue with our roof. He was able to set an appointment for only a few days out, which was greatly appreciated. I haven't dealt with a company as good as this one when it comes to punctuality and communication. They said the date and time and even got to my house a few minutes early. Turns out the issue with my roof was not an issue at all so I didn't need any work done, but I felt compelled to write a review due to how much I appreciate the honesty. Like many other homeowners in Jeffersonville, IN, my home was subjected to roof damage due to the recent hail storm. As I was leaving one day, I noticed an Absolutely Affordable roofing crew working in my development. The work site was organized well and thus did not obstruct pedestrian nor vehicular traffic. After observing their work for a while, I stopped and asked to speak with the crew leader. The responding employee was courteous and directed me to another truck parked close by. I walked over to the truck and introduced myself to Kevin. I learned he works closely with homeowners applying for insurance claims, arranging, etc. Kevin was great to talk with throughout the entire process of having my roof replaced efficiently! He and the owner Brian came to my home, inspected my damaged roof and thoroughly discussed the work, claim process, their workplace insurance, and contract/payment expectations. Brian is a hands-on owner. The work was performed as per the agreed timeframe. One minor issue was immediately addressed! I am very pleased and confident with the work performed!
