I have been going to ABS since the end of September 2025. I have lost two stone in only 5 months and my body and mental health have completely and positively transformed. Sam has supported me so much through the process! He is not only a personal trainer, but also a fantastic listener and great fun to work with! He has been able to adapt the training and meal plans to my specific needs and preferences. He has been there 24/7 and honestly, he could have not done it any more enjoyable for me! The atmosphere at the gym is so much fun and supportive! Shaun and Connor are great too! All the staff are professional and very knowledgable. Everyone in there has their own personal goals and everyone is strongly encouraged and supported. This place is like Hotel California…you will never want to leave! I feel like I am 10 years younger and I have no intentions to stop training here. If you’re looking for real life changes, this is the place!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been attending personal training sessions at **Absolute Body Solutions** for the past two years, and it has honestly made a huge difference to my strength and overall confidence. Walking into a gym for the first time in decades at nearly 60 was incredibly daunting, and I was extremely anxious about getting started. From day one, the atmosphere at Absolute Body Solutions has been relaxed, friendly, and completely welcoming. The personal trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely great people to be around. My trainer, **Connor**, has been absolutely amazing. His support, patience, and constant encouragement have helped me more than I can put into words. He really took the time to understand my worries and helped me build confidence step by step. I never once felt judged or out of place. A special mention also to **Sam** and **Sean**, who also go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and supported. If you’re feeling nervous about starting your fitness journey, especially later in life, I can’t recommend Absolute Body Solutions highly enough. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellbeing.

I can’t recommend this gym and this set of PTs highly enough! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a team that is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. My personal trainer, Sam, has been absolutely fantastic over a 12 week course – not only is he knowledgeable, but he’s also a great motivator who knows exactly how to push me to reach my goals while still making every session enjoyable. What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere. The whole team makes it feel like a community, where everyone is approachable and supportive. It’s never intimidating, just positive energy all around (with a great playlist while you workout!) The communication and support go beyond just the gym as well – whether it’s advice on recovery, nutrition, or just encouragement to stay on track, they’re always there to help. I am a keen runner and it's driven me to improve on my PB run times, and throughout Sam has been encouraging me of socials. If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll feel supported, challenged, and genuinely cared for, this is the one! I've achieved amazing results in 10 weeks already and ive still got more to go (2 stone down!) I feel stronger, have more energy, and look forwards to every session.

Had a great experience. I worked with Sean for nearly 8 months and lost around 12 kgs. The other trainers Connor and Sam were also very friendly and you generally feel very comfortable during the sessions. I originally joined for 12 weeks but decided to continue for longer and kept raising the bar for myself. Sean was very flexible in moving the sessions around sometimes even very last minute. There's no shortcut and/or magic. If you follow the trainers guidance and stick to the plan ... You will get the desired outcome. I could have achieved the outcome sooner or gained more muscle but I was following the diet plan around 60-70 percent of the time. Gym is very clean and plenty of parking on the road. Some the of the equipment could have been better but Still very happy with the results and overall experience. .. Highly recommend it..

I’m currently in the middle of a 6-week transformation with ABS South Liverpool, and I’m already seeing amazing results! Sam, my personal trainer, has been incredible throughout the whole process. He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and has tailored my workouts to suit my specific goals and fitness level, making each session challenging yet achievable. What I love about Sam is his attention to detail, ensuring that I’m using the correct form to maximize results and avoid injury. I feel stronger, more confident, and even more motivated to push myself further. The support and guidance I’ve received so far have been outstanding, and I can’t wait to see where the next two weeks take me!… I have signed up for more sessions, and can’t wait to see my results. The gym environment is also fantastic – really supportive and friendly. If you’re thinking about starting your own fitness journey, I can’t recommend Sam and ABS South Liverpool enough!

We just completed a 6-week transformation program with Sean, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Every session was motivating, challenging, and full of positive energy. If you’re looking for a trainer who genuinely cares, keeps you accountable, and knows how to get results, then Sean is your man :) Thank you ABS!

I have just finished a 6 week plan with Sam at ABS south Liverpool and I’m am so happy with the result, I’m 18lbs down and I feel great. I definitely couldn’t have done it without Sam he was supportive every step of the way. During my training sessions he was always there pushing me through even when it got tough he knew my capabilities and wouldn’t let me stop. He created a meal plan that fitted around my work and lifestyle with all the foods I enjoyed. Outside of the gym I could message him anytime and he would always get back to me. Overall I had a great experience with Sam and will definitely be returning to him in the future.

I can’t praise Sean and ABS South Liverpool enough. Passionate about getting the best out of you, genuinely great people and an all round fantastic environment to train. All the hard work can been seen in the results and I strongly recommend to anyone. Sean has massively helped me with my form, nutrition knowledge and overall confidence in the gym. I’ve been with him at ABS for 20 weeks now and the results have far exceeded what I’d hoped for, physically and mentally. Can’t wait for the next 12 weeks. Thanks again ABS Team.

I have been training at ABS with Connor for the last 9 months in preparation for my wedding and have achieved my initial weight/fitness goals and more. Everyone in the gym is friendly, the environment is super relaxed and inviting and you are pushed in manageable and sustainable ways to achieve amazing long lasting results. Can’t wait to see what I continue to achieve this year! I could not recommend training at ABS with Connor more!

I’ve been training with Sean at ABS South Liverpool for about 11 weeks now and the results speak for themselves—steadily losing weight, noticeable increase in strength, and generally just feeling a lot better day to day. Started with a 6week block and have continued past this into regular sessions. Sean creates a really positive and motivating environment to train in, and his sessions are always well-structured and tailored to where I’m at physically. He pushes me when I need it, but always with the right balance of support and challenge. Great coach, great setup—highly recommend to anyone looking to make real progress in a comfortable, no-nonsense space
