Fantastic result here from our client Amy who has been training on our 6 Week Transformation programme with her ABS personal trainer Haydon.
Training x3 times a week, Amy has absolutely smashed the programme losing 5.3lb in weight, dropping a massive 6.4% in body fat and gaining 3.8lb in lean muscle mass. All that combined has made for an incredible result.
Beyond her headline stats, Amy has also massively boosted her strength and fitness. A particular stand out moment was when Amy completed 100kg Hip thrust for 6 reps, no easy feat! 💪
