On the whole, most of our clients train with us 1-2-1. However, if you do not wish to train alone with one of out personal trainers in South Liverpool we do offer partner training on all of our programmes. When you train in a pair you can split the cost of whichever training programme you choose at our gym. Our partner training can be a great way to keep you on target and motivated towards your goals, as you can mutually support each other through the programme. You still receive 1-2-1 support from the trainer during the session and you both receive independent training and nutrition plans to follow depending on your goals, fitness levels and lifestyle.
