Massive well done to our client Jason who has smashed his training over the past 16 weeks with his PT Lewis.
After initially completing a fat loss programme, Jason has since been working on building lean muscle, which you can clearly see in his photos.
Aside from shifting 10lb and reducing his body fat, Jason has also massively improved his general fitness and strength, almost doubling what he is able to lift with his KGs going up week on week.
