11 years ago, after training clients in a garden shed, the first Absolute Body Solutions personal training gym was born! 😁
Since then our growth has not stopped. We're now a family of 5 gyms right across the UK, from Liverpool to London.
We want to thank everyone who has supported us over the past 11 years, including of course, our incredible clients up and down the country who give nothing but their all when they train with us.
