PROGRAMME SPOTLIGHT: 12 Week Transformation 💡
Welcome to our renowned 3 month personal training programme which was designed specifically to help clients achieve longer term, sustainable and life-changing results.
Over 12 weeks our clients work closely with their trainer in their sessions in the gym and specifically on their nutrition outside of sessions. Every detail is carefully considered to ensure both the training and the diet is complimenting one another and putting our clients on the right track to exceptional results.
The long-term nature of the plan allows our trainers to tweak to the programme as the weeks pass to ensure it is adapting as the client is moving through it.
It may not sound like a lot, but in 12 weeks we have had clients lose 50lbs and over!
The end goal is of course unbeatable results, but we also want our clients to leave feeling the fittest, healthiest and strongest versions of themselves.
We want them to have fallen in love with their fitness and feel a new sense of confidence in gym spaces.
It is one of our favourite programmes and we love seeing the results our clients are achieving on it.
