Absolute Arb Care

I contacted Matthew and he gave a quote for a Plum tree hanging against a fence and over our property. With being in a conservation area, he also also handled the application for work on a protected tree. Matthew was still dependable in following through with the application, even though it can take up to 6 weeks. After the application was finalized, a date was agreed for the tree and he carried out the work. There was some change in plans regarding the removal, but he remained professional and understanding in re-agreeing plans. The work itself was carried out effectively and professionally and they were considerate of cleaning up, even though it is an understandably messy job to do. I would definitely consider him for any future work.

Mathew and his team did a fabulous job felling our huge Beech tree today. The tree was down within an hour and they left after clearing away all the leaves and associated debris. They were professional, efficient and friendly. Our neighbours were so impressed they have arranged for them to return and remove a number of trees from their garden. I would have no hesitation in recommending Absolute Arb Care.

Matthew and his team were professional, fast and efficient. We discussed what needed to be done prior to the work and despite the atrocious weather, everything was completed satisfactorily. We had some cleaning to do in our kitchen afterwards but as this was the only access point we couldn't really complain.

Rang Mathew and he came round within a few days to quote for the taking down of a Sycamore. Reasonable quote. He and his crew turned up within a week and spent the best part of the day taking down the sycamore much of which hung over the hedge into the neighbors. Very expert to get so much tree down on a border without having to go next door and in a reasoably confined space. All wood cut up to a reasonable size for me and moved to where I needed it for later processing. Second time we've used Mathew in 2 years and would not hesitate to recommend.

Matt and his team came too trim down a large overgrown blossom tree and a cherry tree. He made a very good job was clean and tidy and very courteous. I will highly recommend him too anybody looking for garden services. His price was fair. Excellent.

I called Absolute Arb Care to ask for advice and a quote on over hanging branches from a neighbours garden. Matthew arrived the same day. He was very polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to give me a cost for the tree pruning and I was also happy to hear that he could do this the following week. On the day, they pruned the trees and shredded the branches as they went. Once the job was finished, they ensured that all the leaves etc had been swept and cleared away. The job was completed without any fuss and it was done to a high standard. Matthew and the guys were absolutely brilliant over the 3 days they worked to trim back numerous trees, taking out some that required removal, crowning others and removing stumps that had been left from older work. From initial visit, quote to completion he kept us informed of when and how it would be all done. Polite, courteous always keeping us updated and clearing up after themselves every afternoon prior to leaving - during the mini heatwave last week. This is not the first work Matthew has done for us and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Well done and massive thanks again.

Matthew and the team at AAC are honest, professional and reliable. We have had significant pruning works done to 5 trees over the past 2 years now as they were left to become a substantial size by the previous homeowner. The works have been done to a high standard and all waste taken away and the areas left clean and tidy afterwards.
