Referred by friends that previously had positive results at ABR, I brought my 2014 X1 in to determine cause of a CEL that had me stumped. Garrett and Tree were an absolute pleasure to deal with, they explained the entire process thoroughly and clearly set expectations before getting started. They went through it with a fine-toothed comb and definitively determined the issue very quickly without throwing parts at the issue. They clearly communicated the findings and were very clear with the repair estimate. They repaired it quickly and had me back on the road. I’ve trusted ABR Houston with my BMW, and honestly, a big reason is Tree Richards. I’ve worked with Tree over the years at other shops, so when I found out he was here, it was a no-brainer for me. He’s always been straight with me. No games. No upselling nonsense. Just honest, detailed explanations and real solutions. He’ll tell you what actually needs to be done, what can wait, and why — and I respect that more than anything. I never feel talked down to, and I never feel pressured. As someone who drives a BMW, trust matters. These cars aren’t something you just hand over to anyone. Knowing Tree is there makes me completely confident my car is being handled the right way. Great service starting with Garrett the service advisor and Tree the manager. Great comunication and they keep in touch with everything. My repairs where done by Ryan, a Master Mercedes Benz technician, very knowledgeable with any question I asked. Everything came out perfect. Be back for sure. They show me the shop, clean and with all the equipment to do any repairs on european vehicles.

I had an emergency for my window and, after calling 6 Euro auto shops, ABR was the only one to the answer the phone. So, they were going to get my business regardless. And, ABR provided great service. They worked directly with my warranty company on the emergency repair and got my regular maintenance work done in 3 days. Car is riding better than when I bought it and my window is working flawlessly.

Been here before for a battery replacement. At that time they did a full inspection and let me know additional issues my car had. They also provided me with an estimate. Went back today to get brakes replaced. Drop off was seamless. They got me an Uber to work and touched base with me twice during the process. They offer payment plans through a couple different companies like Klarna which is helpful for people like me living paycheck to paycheck. Will recommend and return.

ABR has incredible diagnostic abilities, including for hybrid cars. They made an appropriate diagnosis and explained exactly how they arrived to their conclusions. Extremely professional staff. It’s a very long drive for me but worth it. I’ll be bringing our BMWs here for any major/highly technical issues. Thank you all.

As antiquated as it may sound, walking into an auto repair shop as a woman can feel daunting. But Tree, Garrett, Alex, and Mr. Bones completely changed that experience for me. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. They treated me with respect, offered fair pricing, and gave me confidence that any European car I own in the future will be in excellent hands with this team. Had an 11:15 am appointment. Was specifically told it would be ready in 2 Hours and to come back at 2 the latest. Came back at 4 the guy at the front desk couldn’t even come up with an excuse other than oh I said it would be ready this afternoon lol 😅 my car was still parked where I had parked it. It’s clear the guy is just totally oblivious as to what’s going on. Chat GPT recommended me this place but never again.

Had my daughters C230 serviced here when is was known as MPG back around 2011. My wife’s E350 needed a Service B so I thought would return 14 years later. Still fair prices, quick service, friendly staff and great work. Thanks. See you next time.
