We recently had a customer approve and receive a brake job—then return days later asking for a refund after second opinions. When we stood by the validity of the work, they filed a chargeback.
This is an increasing issue in small business: using chargebacks to reverse decisions, not fraud.
We’re open to any discussion. If there’s a concern, we’ll address it directly.
But we believe in talking things through—before escalating them.
