Above all Air was great. They were able to fit me into their schedule and get my a/c heat taken care of before another freeze. Nelson and John were very friendly, courteous and professional. John accessed the issue and took care of it. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend anyone looking for an A/C unit or mini split to give them a call. They have provided service not only to myself but also to my sister’s and my brother’s household. Thank you Above All Air.

Professional, fast, and affordable. Had a whole new AC unit installed by AAA and they made everything super easy. Also seem very reliable with the owner telling me to call anytime of day if I run into issues. 10/10 would recommend!

Staff is very friendly, they keep you informed throughout the process of your service call. Jaime was our AC technician & we highly appreciate his patience in explaining everything to us.

John, Lauren and Nelson were incredibly thorough with their assessments and service. Our AC coils were both leaking extensively and John had checked the warranty on both units. He dealt with the company and filed a warranty claim then ordered the necessary replacement parts. As soon as the parts arrived at the warehouse, Lauren called me and set up a repair time. Nelson was the technician on the day of the repair. He was very respectful and tolerant of my very curious dog. Nelson left his work area clean and had recommendations for air filters. Above all air will be the ones I call for anything HVAC related.

Nelson and Austin are amazing!! Our A/C broke yesterday afternoon and when I called this morning, they fit us in same day even though their schedule was already full. They also went out of their way to find the replacement part we need (our unit is very old) and get our unit a temporary fix until the new part comes in. They could have easily told us we needed a new unit, but they went above and beyond to help us. Completely an awesome trustworthy company.

Once again Above Air has come to my rescue. I called them when my heat would not come on at my business. They were there within 2 hours, fixed it quickly and even checked my filters!! Absolutely awesome

The facts. They repeated what I had allready done (advised in advance that I flushed the lines and that it was allready clear. That the problem was at a sink. Thet still repeated to it none the less with same results. The sink where the drain line goes to is backing up. They did not resolve the problem they then advised call a plumber and still charged. The problem with me is they chose to perform the same steps I had allready done on line that was allready cleared and had told him several times the line is clear I having the issued at the sink where the drain line feeds into. Its the fact that even though they feel their charge was a fair price for no resolution they get you hy saying we still did a service even though he just cleared an already cleared line. I am i. The wrong business for sure where your paid to resolve an issue can't or even dont resolve it yet coastill be able to bill. This is to respond to the owners statements. I have to advise you that i asked the lady who booked the visit on what would be the least I should expect and she said no charge to assess. Also I was never advised in advance about any fee/price. I also informed your tech that I monthly pour vinegar and flush the lines with warm water to keep the lines clear and also blow out the lines per say every several months from the ac to the sink. I advised and proved that line was already cleared. It was at the sink connection and the sink itself was what i said was the problem and was unsure if it was the ac line and how it drains into the sink. The tech chose to blow out the line himself just to see if he could clear it. for all his effort he had the same result no clearing. He did not clear or fix anything that was not allready cleared. I told him multiple times and my wife was there that it was at the sink access that was the issue. Also he said the lines in the attic which I wanted to make sure was either properly done or needed to be replumbed like my other unit and he honestly said it was fine. Again there was no resolution and he chose to try what he did which now I know why it was ro be able to say we provided a servicein order to charge. In my opinion when you provide a service it meant you resolved the matter. Not oh well couldnt figure it out call a plumber and here is a bill. You may want to talk to your billing because she never advised a fee until the tech left again without a solution and me still at square one. She never disclosed a cost until she called me afterwards even though I advised nothing was resolved. I also feel that by saying will waive this 150 if you pay 270 or around that and sign a service contract. Maybe I'm wrong yet couldnt help feel baited and switched and would me paying more now for a service contract fix my situation which you didnt do in the first place? I would still be stuck in square one just more out of pocket. I am not your usual customer who has no idea what a line clean is. With you saying I was disclosed the price upfront that is not true. With you saying you performed a service that resolved an issue that is not true. Do I feel even more insulted now. I was considering the maintenence yet when placed in a rock and a hard place sure I paid your 130.00 because ill be damned to give you any more going forward. I called you on a friend referral and he came over and even felt bad that nothing was resolved. If you record your calls I would advise listening to them and even proving me wrong and playing back to me. Yet if you do record I am sure you will say it got lost. I am changing my review to 1 star for you not being honest about my conversation with the lady who booked the visit and that I was disclosed a fee upfront. That is not true.
