The gentleman in the showroom was extremely helpful and patient with us. Nelson came to measure and came back a week later to install them. He knew that without the countertop we had no sink and dishwasher drain so time was of the essence. Nelson and his crew did a fantastic job on my kitchen renovation. I’m updating a kitchen originally built in the 1980s, and after replacing all the cabinets, I selected Nelson to handle the countertop and backsplash. His white quartz was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had in mind. At my request, Nelson carefully laid out the slab to fit the entire kitchen on a single piece, with no seams—neither on the countertop nor the backsplash. Please see the attached photo for proof. The result is clean, elegant, and seamless. I provided my own sink, and his team installed it without any issues. What impressed me most was the precision of his workmanship. Every quartz piece was cut and installed with minimal to no gaps around the cabinets—something that requires both design expertise and great skill. It was executed perfectly. One important note: Nelson does the installations himself, so you might not see him at the showroom, but he’s extremely responsive by text and phone. He sent me photos of the slab from multiple angles to show the pattern, thickness, and color before moving forward. He also came promptly to take the template, and the entire installation process was smooth and efficient. I didn’t have to supervise him at all—he’s the only contractor I felt completely confident leaving to work on his own. On top of that, he was respectful to my neighbors, even allowing them to use the elevator first while he was moving heavy quartz, which was very considerate. I will absolutely be hiring Nelson again for my next project. Highly recommended!
