Prompt and patient and kind! Got our brand new 2025 F450 towed to the ford dealership due to transmission issues. He was a great communicator and let us know our truck was at the dealership with a photo and even who he gave the keys to! So thankful!

Elvis came all the way to Bird Creek to pick up our camper van on a Sunday night! His truck is awesome and he was patient with us and very professional. He dropped our camper van off at home for us and sent us pictures of it. We highly recommend using ABL Towing!

I actively worry about the towing process. My car broke down on the Seward Highway, well outside of Anchorage... The people I spoke to were AWESOME! Not only did they understand the problem that I was having with my car, but they were pretty much able to pinpoint where my car was while I was on the phone with them. There was ZERO confusion on the towing process and I could tell there was a focus on making sure my car was safe and secure on the truck. Given how far out of town I was, the response time was timely! They were able to tow my car to where I needed it taken and I even received updates as to where they were at along the way! Would I go through the process again? And since things happen? Yes. I would.

Elvis was available when others weren’t able, he’s gotta great attitude. He worked professionally and safely to get me out of a bind and back on the road. I highly recommend him

They came out to give me a jumpstart via my car insurance. They arrived quickly and were very nice… especially when my car started easily with no help. Oops! Hahaha
